was founded by Michelle CN Augustine on the 31st of January 2023 and officially launched on the 8th of March 2023. During the month of January 2023, Michelle CN was seeking ways to expand her business "Be on Top Succeeders Academy", and she eventually discovered International Business Coach, Shaneika Burchell-Kerr from Monlatic LLC and joined her course "Package Your Knowledge". During the 60 days challenge of the course, Michelle CN decided to document some of her knowledge regarding college success into an eBook called "5 Essential Steps to Sustainable Success by Michelle CN Augustine.  In this eBook, Michelle CN shared some vital tips that helped her overcame being frustrated and stressed when she first started college at the University of the Southern Caribbean (USC) in September 2018. These steps also helped her maintain a GPA of 3.65 and above, manage her business, college education, ministry work at church and more. While completing the course, Michelle chose her business website name to be "beontopcity.com" which would represent the brand for her private school and also provide more services and resources to her current student base and college students to assist them in being successful in their academia and also avoid the troubles she faced when she started pursuing her degree. 

formerly known as Private Tutor Academy, was founded by Michelle CN Augustine on 1st June 2019 (before the global pandemic). During the summer vacation of 2013, Michelle CN was hired by one of her uncles to teach his four (4) children (who were in primary and secondary school) Mathematics since they were aware that she got a distinction with all A profiles in the subject. Five (5) years later, Michelle CN felt the desire to start her teaching business in 2018 but did not take the initiative to start because she did not have the necessary resources. She decided to search for a job, and she eventually ended up working for a private college. While working as a clerical assistant at this private institute, she heard the story of her former employer that he started giving lessons in his gallery. Hence, his story inspired her to start with what she had. On the 1st of June 2019, she began operating her teaching business, and she has been able to teach several students both physically and virtually, before, during and after the global pandemic, children and adults from Trinidad and Tobago. Most of the students that have studied at her private institution have been successful or seen continuous improvement in their subject/s they take lessons for, S.E.A. or C.S.E.C examinations.
